
I am an accredited Meditation Teacher. Learn some helpful techniques to help better manage stress and improve your health allowing you to feel at ease and more in control of your emotions. These are simple sessions and don’t require you to have had any previous experience with meditation.
I am a Chair Yoga Instructor which is great for people of all fitness levels and also for those with injuries, pain or some mobility issues. It is a fun and easy way to stretch and breath deep which is so good for you. Music makes if fun and utilises many of the senses, which also has a wonderful benefit on the brain and keeps us alert and active.
